I don’t know about you but my ranitng’ (blogging) is therapeutic! It’s a way to get my thoughts out of my head and sometimes blogging even keeps me from EATING (like right now! lol) I’ve had similar thoughts about feeling criminal’ for not taking care of myself. I mean I am here and I have the chance to fix this where as someone else that is gone doesn’t have the chance to fix things. I sometimes wonder what it will take to get me to the point to truly understand how serious food addiction is. I don’t want to go through a heart attack but at the rate I’m going that’s what is going to happen. It really saddens me when I think that I’m a 36 year old single woman I shouldn’t be stuck inside a prisoner to my food addiction. I should be out having the time of my life! Hang in there you (and me too) will push through and climb this mountain!
