Yep, you read that right. Sandra Bullock’s agents bid and paid $14,000 during Thursday’s amFAR Inspiration Gala at the Chateau Marmont in L.A.. They inexplicably bought the painting as a gift for the actress’ 1-year-old son, Louis.

Proceeds from the auction benefit amFAR’s AIDS research, so I can’t rant about how ridiculous this is.
