SO EXCITING. Dur­ing his May 16th “In Sup­port Of Our Troops” ben­e­fit, John announced that his next album will be titled “Born and Raised” (the title of  one of his recently debuted sin­gles) and is set to be released some­time in Octo­ber 2011.

Here’s a live, rough performance of the song, “Born and Raised.” I can’t wait for a studio version to come out. Very Bluesy. Very soothing. Very John.
